Description
Welcome to The Session Class, the ultimate training ground designed to transform dancers into unstoppable freestyle competitors ready for any street dance battle or competition. This is not a choreography class; it's a deep dive into the elements of freestyle where dancers learn to truly master their own creativity and unique voice. We strip down the fundamentals of dance creation, focusing intensely on the understanding and use of movement and music as tools for spontaneous expression. By equipping themselves with a comprehensive arsenal of freestyle techniques across various street dance styles, participants will build the confidence and foundation required to step into the competitive environment and challenge any opponent with originality and style.
Cancellation Policy
This policy governs all individuals (Participants) booking to attend a single class session at DanceIt Studios PTY (Ltd) as a "Drop-In" or "Trial Class", and by booking, you agree to all these terms and the studio's overarching Terms of Admission. We distinguish between two types of once-off participants: 1) A Drop-In participant is attending a single, once-off class without the intent to enroll weekly, and this participant must pay the required class fee in full prior to participation, which is non-refundable. A Tryout (Trial) participant is attending one class to evaluate enrollment; this participant must pay the required "Drop-In" class fee in full prior to participation, which is non-refundable, however, if the participant enrolls for weekly classes thereafter, the full monthly tuition and the annual studio registration fee (R300 New) will be charged. All Participants, parents/guardians, family, and/or friends enter the DanceIt Studio PTY Ltd premises (95 Vorster Avenue, Glenanda and/or Fundamental Faculty and Factory) at your own risk. By attending, you agree to the Waiver and Release of Liability, waiving any rights, claims, or causes of action for any injury, illness, loss, or death sustained during the activity, and you indemnify and hold harmless DanceIt Studios PTY (Ltd) and its staff. You accept financial responsibility for any medical treatment costs incurred and are liable for damage caused to equipment or facilities due to your or your family's wilful actions, neglect, or recklessness. All Participants must adhere to General Studio Rules, which include being dropped off no earlier than 5–7 minutes before class and being picked up on time (supervision is not guaranteed outside of the classroom). NO GUM or CELLPHONES are allowed in class , and the proper dance attire specified for the discipline must be worn. Furthermore, by participating, you grant permission for DanceIt Studios PTY (Ltd) to take photos and/or videos of you/your child for public and studio use (unless you notify us otherwise upon registration), and you must refrain from taking personal photos and videos of other children while they are in class.
